Önder Budak, LL.M.
Attorney at Law. Member of Istanbul Bar Association. Postgraduate diploma (LL.M) in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. Graduate of (LL.B) University of Marmara, Faculty of Law. He has attended lectures at London Metropolitan University on “International Business Contracts and Negotiation Tactics” in 2003 as well as South Texas College of Law on “Comparative Trial Systems” in 2001. Önder is a frequent speaker at various international conferences concerning Finance, Taxation, and Real Estate. He has also attended a Regional Bar Council Assembly in Zagreb, Croatia as a representative of Union of the Turkish Bar Association. Önder is the founder of Budak Law Office. He briefly worked in a London city law firm.  He has also worked in some of Istanbul’s most respected law firms in addition to the legal department of a worldwide big five auditing firm before establishing Budak Law Office. He advises multinational clients on corporate and inward investment matters and provides consultation services for corporate clients which include commercial issues, contractual dealings, restructuring, dispute resolutions, and employment matters. His main areas of practice consist of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Real Estate, and Civil Law. Önder speaks fluent English and is an amateur photographer.
